What to include in a message

A short description of the system or problem, the constraints you are working within, and the outcome you need is usually enough for a first reply. If the enquiry concerns an existing system, mentioning its current hosting arrangement and the technologies involved helps us respond in more detail.

Correspondence language

English is used for all correspondence, documentation and reporting.

Legal and privacy enquiries

Requests relating to the Privacy Policy or the Terms of Service — including access, correction or deletion of personal data, and withdrawal of consent — are handled at the same email address.
